The German scientists claim that the shortage of sleep can make any person stupid, obese and ill.


According to this research, the shortage of sleep puts direct bad effects on memory, which becomes the reason of many stupidities.



Furthermore, if late night waking and short sleep becomes your habit, it also starts affecting your heart, blood circulation, stomach and intestines.

Remember that when we take deep sleep, a special hormone secretes from our body, which reduces the appetite. 



If something hinders or obstructs the excretion of this hormone, we start feeling hungry very soon.



Thus, because of insufficient sleep, most of the people keep on eating something regularly, which results in the shape of obesity.



Therefore, in order to keep you healthy and active, continuous seven hours sleep is necessary.
